Payments and refund policy
1. What is purchased
Payment purchases closed-loop prepaid service credit, usable only to buy campaigns and digital services supplied directly by Bowau. The credit is not a payment account, digital wallet or cash top-up: it cannot be transferred between users, spent with third parties, earn interest or be withdrawn as cash.
2. Payment method
Net service credit, applicable VAT and the total payable are shown before confirmation. Card payments are processed by myPOS on its secure hosted page; Bowau does not receive or store full card details. Credit becomes available only after confirmation from the payment provider.
3. How to request a refund
Submit the request through Support, stating the account, order or payment number and reason. Receipt is normally acknowledged within 2 business days and the request is reviewed within 10 business days, unless further documents or checks are needed.
4. Refund method
Where a request is approved or a refund is required by law, funds are returned to the original payment method. A myPOS payment is refunded to the card originally used. Refunds are not sent to another card, another user or in cash.
Restoring service credit after an order is cancelled before delivery is an internal balance adjustment; it does not replace a card refund where a card refund is due or approved.
5. Processing time
After approval, Bowau initiates the refund within 5 business days. The card issuer may normally require a further 5–10 business days to display the credit. If it is not visible 10 business days after initiation, contact Support with the reference supplied.
6. Main cases
Cancellation may be requested before delivery starts. Once delivery has started, any refund depends on the undelivered portion, conformity of the service, the conditions shown in the order and applicable law. Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, non-conforming service or Bowau error remain unaffected.
